Do you offer digital re-touching or color correction services?
We work with our clients to ensure the prints we produce will match their requirements. This may include some minor spot correction and color correction, as needed, based on our calibration. Please understand we are not re-touching specialists and do not offer such services for client use. Any digital re-touching and color correction we provide is for the sole purpose of generating the optimal conditions needed to produce high-quality prints on our printers. For processing of RAW files and digital scans: limited digital re-touching and color correction is offered at a rate of $60/hr.

Are you able to accommodate rolls to achieve longer than standard prints?
Yes, with caution. Rolls of heavy weight paper tend to produce prints with a great deal of curl to them. We do not offer any services to remove such curl, it is up to the client to do this for themselves. If you are an artist with specific needs such as longer than standard printing or need to match a specific paper not listed, please Contact Us to discuss the options we can provide.

What’s the widest you can print?
Currently we are limited to 24 inch wide paper but length is variable. Many rolls are available in 100ft lengths. We are currently working to expand our capacity to offer larger sizes. If you are an artist in need of larger printing, we welcome you to sign up for our Dispatch to stay informed about when these sizes become available. If your need is immediate, we may be able to make some recommendations.

Are you able to print borderless?
That depends. On smaller roll papers we may be able to achieve borderless printing. However for standard photo printing we recommend leaving at least a 1/2 inch border around the image for framing purposes. This means the largest 35mm frame we are currently able to print is approximately 22x33in.

What is your turn around time?
Depends on the size of your order, current work load and availability of any additional supplies needed.

Can you rush my order?
Not at this time.

Are there any discounts on printing?
Yes, discounts are available for duplicates made of singular images produced during the same printing session.
